I made a mistake on my declaration; can I still claim the badge?

If the data file for a Silver or Gold flight recorded by a FR has an error, the OO shall submit a correction certificate with the claim. For Diamond Badges, Diplomas and Records, the declaration must be without error. Please note that an omission is not an error.
